How an Estate Cleanout Works
1. Walkthrough. We meet you at the property, walk it together, and give you a firm quote for the full clear-out.
2. You set aside what matters. Family items, documents, anything to keep — and if we find photos, paperwork, or valuables as we work, they go in a box for you, not the truck.
3. We clear everything else. Furniture, clothing, appliances, garage, attic, basement — the whole house in one or two days.
4. Donations documented. Usable items go to Evansville-area charities, with donation receipts for the estate's records.
What It Costs
Most full-house estate cleanouts in the Evansville area run $800–$2,500 depending on the size of the home and how full it is. Partial cleanouts (one floor, garage only) are quoted the same way — firm number at the walkthrough, no surprises after.
